He was born in Sapele,  Delta state, in the  very early seventies into a very humble Christian  family of Mr Benard Eghujovbo and Mrs Caroline Eghujovbo, both of Orogun, in Ughelli North Local Govt Area of Delta state where he had  both primary and secondary education. He proceeded to the university of Benin where he bagged a Doctor of Optometry (OD)degree in 1999. He has worked as Optometrists in various Eye clinics, both in the private and public sector, before setting up Absolute Vision Eye Clinic a couple of years ago. Because of his zeal in wanting to be perfect in managing human and material resources well, he is presently studying for a masters in public administration in Nasarawa state university.

Dr Simeon Eghujovbo is an active member of the Nigerian Optometric Association of which he is currently the chairman. He is married and blessed with two beautiful daughters and a handsome son. He is a devout Christian
